Cement Plant Dust Filtration Machine Cyclone Dust Collector with PTFE Filter Bag

Cyclone dust collector, separate the dust from the machine with centrifugal force. For its wide range of 

applications, simple structure, various kinds, has been widely applied in the industry. EDMC82 has a 9000 m3/h air flow and 1.2-1.7m/min filter speed, which is all the best so far. For its filter bag, PTFE is an excellent material with high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life.

Brief Introduction :

ECOGRACE smaller type dust collector Filter Unit is generally with smaller air flow from 3000 M3/H to 20000 M3/H , which is small in outside dimention.  We will design the most reasonable dimention for easy container loading and shipping , no need for more installatin work at production site. It will be assembled in whole and put into the container , you can directly start when take out from container . Mining area also take the dust collector filter unit from 3000 M3/H to 20000 M3/H .

Working Principle of  smaller Baghouse Dust Collector  :

1. The compostion of small dust collector unit  :

Single Baghouse and assembled in whole before shipping and only one step before starting .

Assmebled Filter Unit ,  Fan , PLC , air compressor .

2. The filter  cleaned  by solenoid valve pulse.  ASCO and GOYEN is the regular band we take .

3. Filter cage  and filter bag will be fit in the assembled baghouse . 

4. Good and reasonable design for the hoods and capacity of dust collector will reach a very different working result for the steel plant induction furnace .
